It’s been quite a few years between drinks for REGURGITATOR but their recent long player, SuperHappyFuntimesFriends, has put them firmly back onto the Australian musical landscape and it certainly is a welcome return! SuperHappyFuntimesFriends (say that three times fast!) was released last month to critical acclaim on no less than five different formats: vinyl, CD, cassette, download and for the first time in Australia, Playbutton (a wearable badge containing the whole album). Coinciding with this latest release, the band’s 2nd studio album, UNIT, recently came in at No. 10 on the Triple J Top 100 Australian Albums of all time. With a 15 year career spanning 4 EPs, 17 singles and 13 albums and 6 ARIA Awards under their belts, BIG DAY OUT is pumped to welcome back their favourite Band in a Bubble on our 20th Anniversary year.
